The PPLSupportCenter.com Autoresponder System has been created for YOU, the Pre-Paid Legal Associate who wants to:
Simply list your prospects (individuals who you've already talked to or those "opt-in" people who've requested information). The system will then start sending a series of emails to them from YOU, with information such as your phone number, email address and your prepaidlegal.com website. When you enter a prospect, choose from: Member Prospect If you've already put someone through the Rrecruiting System you can still add them to the Prospecting Email System for additional follow up over time. Each person receiving an email from you will have the ability to opt out if they so choose; you will be notified if they do. Enter as many prospects as you wish, but you must enter each one individually (you cannot simply add a list of emails from another lead source). This is to protect you (and our service) from spamming complaints. You can change a prospect from Member Prospect to Member Retention and/or Associate Prospect, or remove their names altogether. "Bounced" emails will be returned to you so you can either delete or correct the email address at the Autoresonder website. The Membership Retention emails from you will help "retrain" them (in a light-hearted manner) to call their attorneys for even the small things in life. It's aimed at getting the new member to start using the services - and getting "hooked" for life! The Membership Retention system does NOT replace personal contact or even the Integrity Resources services. It is a powerful addition intended to inform, train, and encourage your members to stay with PPL for years to come. Each email is sent in newsletter format, as a personal message from you, with suggestions for how to use the membership, success stories, tips, reminders, and more. A series of 4 introductory emails go out during the first month, followed by a monthly email for a year. Your emails will also ask for referrals and all responses will go only to you by return email. Your members will be reminded to update credit card expiration dates or bank draft information when there are changes. Simply enter your new or existing members into the system with your information as the selling associate. The Existing Member emails are the same as the New Member emails except for the first month's series of introductory information. Their emails will simply start immediately with the first monthly newsletter (letter 5). Sign yourself up to get familiar with the email content and how they look when sent out. After you receive a regularly scheduled email, you can even print it out and mail to your members who don't have email access. If the email address you've entered is not valid and bounces, the notification will come to you. You will need to delete or correct the email address at the Autoresonder website (or the emails will continue to go out and be returned to you). The retention emails are scheduled for one year, but if they prove to be as successful as we believe they'll be, we'll continue the newsletters well into the future.
